Learn and use, in a safe and autonomous manner, the basic canyoning techniques in conditions of high difficulty and strong water flow.

- Advanced canyoning techniques and manoeuvrers, with and without rope.
- Basic self-rescue techniques.
- Ratio: 1 teacher, 4 students.
- Duration: 2 days.
- Requirements: You mustn’t have any kind of medical condition that could hinder your progress during the activity. You must possess the necessary canyoning knowledge according to the content of the introduction course (assessment of sports curriculum).
- Location: Andalusian ravines and gorges.
- Materials: full wetsuit, helmet, harness, anchor line, rope, sport shoes with laces or old trekking boots. Sport clothes, a change of clothes and boots, swimsuit, packed lunch, granola bars or sweets, water canteen and swimming goggles.
- Price: €100.
- Dates: last weekend of each month, from May to October.
